1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities and most towns and rural areas served by our courier partners.

International shipping is currently not available unless clearly mentioned on the product page.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via call, SMS, or WhatsApp for verification before dispatch.

Orders may be delayed during:

  • Public holidays
  • Weather disruptions
  • High-volume sale periods
  • Courier operational issues

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability and operational conditions.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping on selected products
  • Free shipping above a minimum order value
  • Promotional shipping offers during campaigns

Additional delivery charges may apply for remote areas.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery services across Pakistan.

Important COD conditions:

  • Please ensure your phone number and address are correct.
  • Customers must be available to receive calls from the courier.
  • Refusing COD orders repeatedly may result in future order restrictions.
  • Orders marked as fake, unreachable, or unconfirmed may be cancelled automatically.

Due to increasing COD return issues in Pakistan ecommerce, verified confirmation may be required before dispatch.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via:

  • SMS
  • Email
  • WhatsApp (if available)

Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear after dispatch.


7. Failed Deliveries

An order may be returned if:

  • The customer is unavailable
  • The phone number is unreachable
  • The address is incomplete or incorrect
  • The customer refuses to accept the parcel

If a parcel is returned due to customer-related reasons, re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Delayed Shipments

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays can occur due to:

  • Courier operational issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Political disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • High shipment volumes

We are not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.


9. Damaged or Missing Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • A missing item

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the parcel and product

Claims submitted after the reporting window may not be accepted.


10. Dropshipping Disclaimer

As a dropshipping business:

  • Some products may be shipped from different supplier warehouses.
  • Packaging, courier partner, and delivery times may vary depending on product availability.
  • Certain items may arrive separately if ordered together.
